Mississippi Man Pleads Not Guilty To Murder

The Leakesville man accused of brutally killing five people in a South Alabama home pleads not guilty.
Twenty-seven year-old Derrick Dearman is accused of attacking three men and two women as they slept on August 20th and then kidnapping his estranged girlfriend as well as one of the victim’s children.
Dearman is charged with six counts of capital murder, including one count for the unborn child of a pregnant victim.
His not guilty plea this morning comes after Dearman turned himself in for the killings the night of.
