Mississippi joins Operation Dry Water campaign to combat boating under the influence
During the upcoming holiday weekend, the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks will be taking part in Operation Drywater.
Operation Dry Water is a national boating under the influence enforcement campaign with the goal of removing impaired operators from the water and raising awareness of the dangers of boating under the influence.
During this time, there will be an increase in boating enforcement efforts utilizing all available conservation officers to patrol Mississippi’s waterways.
