Mississippi Highway Patrol to continue monitoring Buc-ee’s traffic over several days

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- With so many people hoping to get their Buc-ee’s fix, a big concern with Monday’s grand opening was how traffic in the area could impact Menge Avenue and I-10.

Though there were no major traffic jams on Monday, the Mississippi Highway Patrol says it will be monitoring the location over the next few days to make sure things keep flowing smoothly.

If things start to get a little too hectic close to the interstate, they have a plan.
