Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College named Aspen Prize semifinalist
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is one of 25 finalists for the 2027 Aspen Prize for community college excellence.
The Aspen Prize recognizes any community college that delivers value for students. The prize comes with $1 million in award money.
The prize is awarded every two years.
Student value is defined as achievement in learning and completion of college credentials, post-college success, or successful transfer and earning a bachelor’s degree.
