Mississippi Aquarium releasing turtles Thursday

Mississippi Aquarium is hosting a turtle release this Thursday.

Three more rehabilitated turtles will make their way to the Mississippi Sound starting at 4 p.m. It’s happening at the beach in front of the Edgewater Mall.

All turtles continue their Taylor Swift name themes. This next group of turtles are named Delicate, Folklore, and Midnights.

The aquarium will have a tent and van on site to share facts and answer any questions the public may have.
