Police say Tiffany Rea McDavid has multiple health issues that require medical attention. She drives a black 2016 Hyundai Elantra with Mississippi tag HJR960. Tiffany is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 126 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
