Miss Wheelchair Mississippi
Emily Oliver lost the use of her legs in a car accident just three years ago, but she’s not letting that stop her.
She’s now on a mission to become Miss Wheelchair Mississippi.
A get together will be held to help send Emily to the state pageant. The send-off takes place February 1st at Mugshots in Gulfport from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
