Miles that Matter-Community Fun Run in Bay St. Louis

BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WXXV)-Here’s one event that is not this weekend, but a few weeks away that way you can train and prepare to win the ‘Run for School Lunch’ in the Miles that Matter Community Fun Run.

The race takes place February 28 at 8 a.m. and starts and finishes at the Mockingbird Café in Bay St. Louis. It’s hosted by the Bay St. Louis Running Company and Mockingbird Café.

The race is a casual, untimed run and walk focused on giving back. The proceeds benefit the Bay Waveland School District Lunch Gap account, helping cover unpaid lunch balances and ensure students have access to school meals.
