MHP working two vehicle accident on HWY 63 in George County

Mississippi Highway Patrol is on scene of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 63 south near Old 63 in George County.

The accident involves an 18-wheeler and a pick-up truck. The driver of the pick up is in critical condition, according to MHP officials.

South bound lanes are shut down, but officials have turned one of the northbound lanes into a south bound lane to help with traffic.

Commercial division is on scene to remove the 18-wheeler.
