MHP investigating Pearl River County crash that kills two
Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a crash late Friday night that left two people dead.
About 10:30 p.m., MHP responded to a crash on Highway 26 and West North Street in Pearl River County.
A truck driven by 45-year-old Billy R. Webb of Moss Point was traveling west on Highway 26 when it collided with a Honda driven by 31-year-old Chelsea Barnes of Poplarville that was traveling east.
Webb and Barnes both received fatal injuries from the crash and were pronounced dead at the scene.
