MGCCC named one of the nation’s best colleges to work for
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is celebrating a major honor.
They were once again named one of the nation’s best colleges to work for in the 2025 Great Colleges to Work For program.
They also earned a spot in the exclusive honor-roll placing MGCCC among the top institutions in the country for outstanding workplace culture.
This is the 14th time the college has received the recognition and the 7th time it has been named to the honor roll.
They also earned recognition in job satisfaction and support, compensation and benefits, professional development, mission and pride, supervisors/department chair effectiveness, and confidence in senior leadership.
The program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognition initiatives in higher education.
