MGCCC massage therapy program receives scholarship

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College received a generous $2,600 scholarship Monday morning from the Sunray Companies in support of the college’s massage therapy program at the Perkinston Campus.

The Sunray Enhancing Lives Scholarship provides $200 annually to all massage therapy students. Each year, the company collaborates with MGCCC to determine the annual scholarship amount.

This scholarship will directly benefit students pursuing careers in massage therapy, helping to remove financial barriers and empower them to achieve their educational and professional goals.

The event included representatives from the Sunray Companies, MGCCC leadership, faculty, staff, and students.
