MGCCC Cheer Finish Third at First Ever Trip to Nationals
On Saturday the Mississippi Gulf Coast cheer squad made history in more than one way at the UCA and UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team national championship in Orlando.
The Bulldogs had never been to the event before which means they had never placed in it either, but both of those things happened when they nailed their performance.
They had no deductions in the semi-finals and ultimately finished in third place in front of the only other MACJC school East Mississippi, who took home fourth.
Overall there were 11 teams competing in the Division II small co-ed category.
