Meridian Community College wins Tommy Snell Invitational in Biloxi

It was a beautiful day for some golf as Junior Colleges throughout the state gathered on the links in Biloxi. Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College hosted the Tommy Snell Invitational at Sunkist Country Club which was a 54-hole tournament that honored the former Bulldog coach.

Out of 13 participating teams, no. 8 Meridian Community College took home the win with a score of 19+. The Bulldogs came up short by just three shots with Pearl river behind them at third.

These teams will tee it off again quite soon as they’ll travel to Philadelphia for East Central’s Chris Clark Invitational starting on Monday.
