Memorial Day Biker Blowout

Engines are roaring here on the Gulf Coast as bikers proudly rev their engines for the Memorial Day Weekend Biker Blowout at Gulfport Dragway.
With drag racing, bike shows, contests and merchandise booths, there are plenty of good times available for all to enjoy. The event takes place at the Dragway each year.
Asgard Motorcycle Club does its part to make sure that the blowout honors the true spirit of Memorial Day, as well as impacts the Gulf Coast community in a positive way. Asgard Smokey said, “We had a flag raising ceremony this morning in honor of Memorial Day Weekend. The Armed Forces Motorcycle Club came out and most of what we’re doing right now is gonna go towards charity.”
Biker Blowout attendee Tate Pitre said, “I love it. I’ve been here for 26 years, hanging around with the Asgards, all my buddies and friends. I had my whole family down here. My dad just left and my brothers.”
The rock band Trapt provided a live performance for all to enjoy. The Biker Blowout will wrap up at the end of the day today.
