Memorial Day on the Beach

As the work week wraps up, people on the Coast are switching gears into Memorial Day Weekend.
It is time to kick back and relax and Biloxi beach was showing that today. Locals and visitors were starting the holiday early, spending their time along the shores and in the water.
News 25 caught up with a group ready to jump aboard the Biloxi Schooner. Phil Hoffman is visiting the Coast from Michigan. He said, “The wind, the smell of the sea, the seafood, the Cajun food. You don’t get Cajun food in Michigan.”
Ocean Springs resident Caitlyn Hoffman said, “Just getting to spend time with my family. My both sets of grandparents are in. Being able to go out on the schooner, having them in for graduation was nice but having them for the rest of the weekend will be very nice to spend time with them.”
