MDOT releases Hurricane Katrina documentary
The State Department of Transportation has finally released their documentary on Hurricane Katrina.
The documentary can be found by going to MDOT’s YouTube channel.
It tells the story of restoration of the state’s infrastructure following the storm, giving firsthand accounts of engineers and state leaders who were there for preparation response and rebuilding.
It also gives Mississippians a chance to learn how connectivity was restored across the state.
In total, the documentary runs about 28 minutes.
