Masks required in City of Moss Point Municipal Buildings

The City of Moss Point is now requiring a mask to enter any of their municipal buildings, City Hall, Public Works, Fire Department, Police Department, and all Recreation facilities, regardless of being vaccinated or not vaccinated.

The health and safety of our residents and employees is paramount. The city asks residents and businesses owners to still follow the recommended CDC and Department of Health Guidelines.

City Hall is open, but all visitors are required to wear a mask to enter the building and encouraged follow the recommended CDC guidelines. Please pay attention to posted signs on the doors when entering City Hall for directions.

Moss Point Police Department lobby is open, and masks are required. Please call the station at 228-475-1711. Do not call dispatch for information, that is a 911 emergency line.

Moss Point Municipal Court will continue to hold court as scheduled. No court dates have been postponed or canceled at this time; masks are required.

Moss Point Fire Department lobbies are closed. Please call the station to make an appointment or to get a burn permit at 228-475-8848.

Moss Point Public Works is open, masks are required to enter the building and residents are encouraged to follow the recommended CDC guidelines.

Please call the Public Works office to report any problems or request at 228-475-1151. Public works office hours are 7AM- 3:30PM, but someone will be on call after hours if an emergency arises.
