Man wanted in old car theft case in Ocean Springs

A teenager is wanted for stealing a car a year ago.
According to Ocean Springs Captain William Jackson, 19-year-old Dylan Tyler Spears stole a vehicle from a woman who was staying at the Studio 6 Motel on Highway 90.
Captain Jackson says Spears befriended the woman and when she went to sleep, Spears allegedly took the 2004 Buick. A little while later, the vehicle was found in Harrison County in the possession of a different man who was jailed for another warrant.
Captain Jackson tells News 25 Spears is believed to be in the Biloxi area. If you have seen him you are asked to call Ocean Springs police or report it anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
