Man wanted in Texas for aggravated assault on a public servant with a weapon arrested in Biloxi

On Wednesday, February 01, 2023, at approximately 5:29 a.m., Biloxi Police Officers responded to the 1200 Block of Beach Boulevard, after being dispatched to a report of a disorderly person in the area.

Upon arrival, contact was made with 30 year old James Jamale Graham of Gulfport, Mississippi.

During the course of their encounter, Graham was found to have an active felony warrant through the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston, Texas, for aggravated assault on a public servant with a weapon.

Graham was taken into custody without incident and a hold was placed on him by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. He was later transported to the Harrison County Jail.
