Man wanted in Pearl River County for noncompliance on sex offender registration
PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for Norvel Thomas Williams III for noncompliant sex offender registration.
Williams was previously convicted of sexual battery. His victim was 24-months-old. A warrant for his arrest has been active since August 2024.
Investigators believe he may be in the Pearl River, Louisiana area or Angie, Louisiana.
