Man steals car during test drive in Biloxi

After test driving a vehicle in Biloxi, a Lucedale man has been arrested, but before his arrest, the same test drive turned into an attempt to steal the car.

Twenty-six year-old Joseph Mills has been charged with taking of a motor vehicle after meeting with the victims last Thursday to test drive a car they were selling through the ‘Let Go’ buy and sell app.

After the test drive was finished, the owner exited the vehicle. That’s when Mills fled the scene, leaving the victim stranded.

Mills was found in Jackson County with the vehicle. He is held on a $50,000 bond at the Harrison County Jail.
