Man pleads guilty to violation of privacy
A man pled guilty to photographing three young girls in violation of their privacy.
Thirty-one year-old Travis McMurray confessed to the crimes that reportedly took place back in October 2016. One of the victims told a family member that McMurray took the pictures while she was a patient at Memorial Behavioral Health.
Gulfport police investigated and were able to find surveillance footage of the incident. McMurray confessed to the crimes then police obtained a search warrant of his phone. Police found pictures of the victim and two other young girls who were later identified as patients of MBH.
