Man killed at Biloxi Parade identified

According to Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove, 20-year-old Braydon Hester of Ocean Springs died at the Merit Health Emergency Room at 4:07 this afternoon. Biloxi authorities say he fell off the back of a truck and on to a rebar, impaling himself.
