Man found dead after standoff, suspect in Jackson county teen’s murder

The man police say is responsible for the death of a Jackson County teenager died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after a four-hour standoff with law enforcement in Wisconsin.
Police in Cincinnati say 25-year-old Gary Eubanks from Mobile, was located in Milwaukee on October 30.
