Man Dies After Assault

An elderly man from the kiln died Tuesday after authorities say he was brutally beaten during a fight with three of his sons last week.

Timothy, Ferlin, and Cartis Bosarge are behind bars for aggravated assault, but authorities say the charges against timothy will likely be upgraded to murder.

When deputies arrived to the scene last Thursday, they found 75 year old Lester Bosarge with several injuries to his head and upper body.

The father has been in intensive care at USA Medical Center since then, but yesterday died of his injuries.
