Man denied bail on molestation charge in Jackson County
JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A Gulfport man is behind bars on child sex crime charges out of Jackson County and has been denied bail.
Investigators say 44-year-old Wesley Newman is facing a molestation charge for an incident that took place in Vancleave on March 25th.
Newman is also facing an investigation into similar incidents in Harrison County.
Newman continues to be held at the Jackson County Jail at this time.
