Man in custody for firing gun inside Gulfport business

A former employee of Warren Pavement in Gulfport has turned himself into police after firing shots in a workplace shooting Friday morning.

Fifty-five year-old Johnnie Lee Fulton was accused of firing a gun inside Warren Pavement. No one was injured during the early morning shooting.

Police say Fulton used to work at the construction company and was recently fired. This shooting happened at 5:50 a.m. Friday and after firing the shots, Fulton fled in a purple 2011 Dodge Avenger.
