Man charged with aggravated assault after shooting at Biloxi apartment complex

One person was sent to the hospital following a shooting this morning at a Biloxi apartment complex.

At 10:14 a.m., Biloxi police responded to a shooting on Lawrence Street. Police found a victim and said they were shot during an argument.

Witnesses provided information on a suspect and the vehicle which police found shortly after the incident.

Police say 26-year-old Marc Deloach of Biloxi matched the description of the suspect that allegedly shot the victim and also found a firearm during the stop.

Deloach was charged with aggravated assault-use of a deadly weapon with a bond set at $100,000.

The victim was treated and released at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
