Man arrested on three counts of felony sexual battery

Harrison County Sheriff Matt Haley announced the arrest of a 22-year-old on three counts of felony counts of sexual battery.

According to Sheriff Haley, Harrison County investigators received a report a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted.

After investigation, Harrison County identified Shaunn Bangs as the person responsible.

He was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and is being held in lieu of a $300,000 bond.
