Man arrested on felony drug trafficking charges in Harrison County
HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A man was arrested in D’Iberville after a search led police to distribution quantities of narcotics.
Thirty-seven-year-old Germain Rodregus Lindsey was arrested on felony drug trafficking charges.
On Wednesday, November 19, Harrison County Narcotics Task Force investigators, assisted by D’Iberville Police Department, executed a search warrant at a residence on Shadowlane Court in D’Iberville.
Upon entry, investigators detained Lindsey and conducted a search of the residence. Investigators found 200 grams of cocaine, 35 grams of crack cocaine, and over five pounds of marijuana and multiple firearms.
Authorities also found scales and packaging material generally used in distribution of narcotics.
Lindsey was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance. Each charge carries a minimum sentencing term of at least ten years.
He was transported to the Harrison County Jail where he is being held in lieu of a $125,000 bond.
