Man arrested on child sex crime charges in George County

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A Lucedale man has been arrested on child sex crimes by the George County Sheriff’s Office.

Forty-three-year-old Matthew Bradshaw was charged with three counts of touching of a child for lustful purposes. He also had outstanding warrants through George County Justice Court for two counts of guilty in absentia.

The charges stem from an investigation that began after the sheriff’s office received a report from CPS. Investigators conducted an investigation into the allegations, which led to Bradshaw’s arrest.

Bradshaw received a $60,000 commercial bond on each charge of touching of a child for lustful purposes for a total of $180,000 bond.
