GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Gulfport police made an arrest in a Tuesday armed robbery that began after an argument over a delivery fee.

Officers responded to the 600 block of Sarazen Drive around 8:15 a.m. after reports of a person with a gun.

Investigators say 66-year-old Stuart Lee Huffman argued with a delivery driver over the fee after a motorcycle was brought to his home.

During the confrontation, Huffman allegedly threatened the driver and then fired a gun into the driver’s trailer after the trailer door was closed.

The driver then unloaded the motorcycle and Huffman allegedly threatened him again, telling him he had ‘two choices,’- leave or be killed.

Huffman is charged with armed robbery and shooting into a motor vehicle and is being held at the Harrison County Jail.
