Man arrested for false pretense in Harrison County

Earlier today, Harrison County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested James Matthew Moran for felony false pretense.

Sheriff Troy Peterson says deputies responded to Precision Paint and Body in Long Beach regarding a person using the company’s account to purchase more than $1,800 worth of product.

We’re told while investigators were there, Moran walked in looking to pick up the product.

Moran is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility in lieu of a $35,000 bond.
