Man arrested, charged with murder of 78-year-old man in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- A Biloxi man is behind bars Tuesday, accused of killing a 78-year-old man.

Sixty-year-old Kavin Crawford was taken into custody Monday and is charged with murder.

This investigation began last Saturday when police responded to a call about a medical emergency and found a man dead in the area of East Oaklawn Road.

Police later found evidence to suggest a crime had been committed at the scene.

The identity of the victim is not yet being released.

Crawford is currently being held on a one million dollar bond at the Harrison County Jail.
