Man arrested and charged with second degree murder

On Sunday, Biloxi police responded to an aggravated assault that occurred on Moni Vista Drive.

Twenty-six year-old Matthew Reid was arrested and charged with second degree murder. His bond is set at one million dollars.

Biloxi police say an altercation took place where the victim, 51-year-old Michael Lepoma, was allegedly beat with a tire iron and passed away early Monday morning from his injuries.
