Man accused of stealing trailer, tools from Buc-ee’s construction site

Hancock County deputies have arrested a Kiln man in connection with the theft of a trailer from the Buc-ee’s construction site on Menge Avenue.

Hancock County Sheriff Ricky Adam pointed to the work of Investigator James Zugg and two K9 handlers, as well as Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, in recovering the stolen trailer, which included tools used at the construction site.

60-year-old Jimmy Lee Wilson was charged with receiving stolen property.

The Sheriff’s Department said in a statement, “the only nugget that came from this ordeal was a nugget of advice: stop stealing other people’s things.”
