An Ocean Springs man charged in a shooting at a Fourth of July party now faces additional charges.

Deputy Chief Steven Dye said 68-year-old Henry Andray is charged with 9 additional counts of aggravated assault and three counts of felony child abuse causing serious bodily harm.

The child abuse charges are related to three children who were wounded in the shooting.

Bond was set at $250,000 for each aggravated assault charge and $1 million each on the child abuse charges. His bonds now stand at $3.25 million on aggravated assault and $3 million on the child abuse charges.

Andray was out on bond on the initial four charges of aggravated assault when the additional charges were added. He turned himself in to Ocean Springs Police on Thursday evening.

Dye said the additional charges came after interviews with other victims who were hit by shotgun pellets at the party.

Andray again refused to speak to police when he was arrested on the additional charges.
