Make-A-Wish guests at Gulfport Harbor Lights

Today, the Harbor Lights Winter Festival lit up Jones Park once again, but this time it was a bit more special.
The City of Gulfport partnered up with Make-A-Wish Foundation and had two of their children continue the tradition of helping light the Gulfport Harbor Lights.
Lily McCabe and Hunter Prince helped flip the switch that transformed the park into a winter wonderland. Ashley McCabe said, “Well we are just grateful to the Make-A-Wish organization for allowing Lily to be here today. This was something that was very special for her and it has kind of brought something joyful and exciting to a difficult time in her life.”
This is the third year the City of Gulfport partnered up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation in order to bring joy to their children during the holiday season.
