Make-A-Wish grants local child a dream bedroom makeover

The Make-A-Wish Foundation gave one Coastal child his dream room makeover today.

Six-year-old Carson Ware walked into Big Play in Biloxi where he was surprised with a Wish Reveal Party!

At the party, he was told that his bedroom was transformed into a Fortnite gaming paradise filled with new furniture, a gaming chair, new games, a gaming computer, and so much more.

Wish Granter Leslie Ramon decided to grant Carson’s wish after hearing of his battle with Cystic Fibrosis.

Ramon says being able to give kids like Carson happy moments like this means everything to her. “I’ve been through a lot of turmoil in my life, so when I hit that turning point, I wanted to do something to give back, so I do it as much as I can with this non-profit as well as with others as something to give back to the community. To see the look on his face, his mom’s face, you know it means something.”

Once the presentation was over, Carson was able to finish his night with cake and games at Big Play before returning home to play games on his new big screen.
