The Magnolia House in Harrah’s Gulf Coast Casino unveils a new seasonal menu.
If you tuned into ‘News 25 Today’ this morning you would have seen Chef Kelly English cook up his new spring menu.
Chef English visited all the way from Memphis to showcase the new menu items. He prides himself on using fresh ingredients from the Gulf Coast. “I’ve got a lot of spring dishes on there. We’re taking some of the more wintery things off. Coming up on the season you’ll see more green stuff. We have Brussel sprouts with hazelnuts and we have some barbeque shrimp.”
The Magnolia House spring menu debuts the weekend of April 8th.
