Lucky Powerball player nabs $50,000 with ticket bought in Long Beach

One lucky person bought a Powerball ticket in Long Beach on Wednesday that is now worth $50,000.

The lucky winner matched four of five white balls and the Powerball to win the money.

The winning numbers from Wednesday night’s drawing were: 03-07-21-31-37 with a Powerball of 11 and a Power Play of 3. The player did not purchase the power play, which could have tripled the prize to $150,000.

The player bought the ticket from Circle K on Highway 90 in Long Beach. They have until Sept. 26 to claim their prize.
