Lucedale Police Department welcomes new officer
LUCEDALE, Miss. (WXXV)- The Lucedale Police Department shares they have a new officer in their ranks.
John Johnson Jr. graduated from the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute last week.
The department says he didn’t just graduate, he excelled. Officer Johnson took home the Fourth Congressional District Award, the SRPSI Century Club Physical Training Award, and the Honor Graduate Award.
The department shared his commitment to excellence is a reflection of his character and pride in the department.
