Lt. Governor Hosemann returns to Senate floor

Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann returned to the Senate Floor this morning after collapsing at the podium Wednesday.

Hosemann said his fall yesterday was due to being dehydrated.

As he introduced the session, all senators on the floor welcomed him back with applause.
