Long Beach woman Francis McGill completes half-marathon
Now a big congratulations to one Long Beach woman completing yet another distance race this month.
When we first met Frances McGill in August, she was gearing up for the Cardiff Half-Marathon in Wales, a country that she has family ties to.
Fran finished the race on October 6th and used the event to raise funds for Morgan’s Army, a charity that helps South Wales families affected by childhood cancer.
We can’t wait to share more of her story when she joins us in studio at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
