Long Beach woman facing charges in boyfriend’s death has died

The woman facing charges in connection to the October 2015 death of Edward Miller, of Long Beach, has died. Harrison County Coroner, Gary Hargrove, tells News 25 Christy Lee Zarrella was transported to the hostpital where she died of natural causes. 63 year old Zarrella pleaded guilty in November to failing to report Miller’s death after he was found in a trash can in the backyard of the home where they lived together.

Zarrella also faced charges of desecration of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
