Long Beach man faces federal charges of manufacturing child porn

A Long Beach man was arrested and charged on a federal warrant with manufacturing child pornography.

45-year-old Jason L. Rhodes was arrested on February 8, 2023, after a joint investigation with the FBI, the state Attorney General’s Office and Long Beach Police.

Long Beach Police also will add charges of sexual battery, child molestation, and possession of child pornography.

Rhodes was taken to the Harrison County jail and held on the federal warrant pending further court action.
