Long Beach Man Arrested Embezzlement Charges

A Long Beach man is behind bars for felony embezzlement. 51 year old “Everette Waits” is accused of accepting a 20-thousand dollar personal check toward contracting work for a job, but did not complete the construction for a Bay St. Louis homeowner. Authorities believe waits used that money for personal use. With help from the Long Beach Police Department, waits was this week and is being held on 20-thousand dollar bond.
