Long Beach city leaders host economic possibilities tour

LONG BEACH, Miss. (WXXV) — Roughly one dozen potential investors and business leaders toured sites across the City of Long Beach as part of Wednesday’s economic possibilities tour.

City leaders hosted the event, with help from Coast Transit Authority and Mississippi Power, as a way to showcase what the Friendly City has to offer and encourage business growth in a largely residential area.

WXXV News 25’s Elizabeth Keen traveled with the tour group and spoke with Mayor Tim Pierce to learn more.
