Local seniors shine at “Seniors Got Talent” showcase for Older Americans Month
D’IBERVILLE, Miss. (WXXV)- In recognition of Older Americans Month, seniors in Harrison County and beyond put on their dancing shoes and broke out their instruments for a celebration of talent Wednesday.
The second ever ‘Seniors Got Talent’ showcase took place Wednesday morning at the D’Iberville Civic Center.
More than 30 senior citizens from all over the region and the state participated through musical performances, skits, and dance numbers.
The event was organized by Harrison County Senior Services. WXXV’s very own Grant Chighizola served as one of the judges.
